摘要：随着国家对外开放政策的力度不断加大，教育的发展也逐渐引起高度重视，办学的规模也在逐年扩大，但是基础设施建设的大规模发展与建设资金不足的矛盾也日趋明显。同样，在高校的基础设施建设中也遇到了类似的问题。本文从经济学视角运用一系列的财务评价指标来分析该BOT项目融资在高校基础设施建设中的经济可行性。
Abstract: As China's opening-up policy continues to increase, the development of education has gradually attracted great attention, and the scale of running schools has been expanding year by year, but the contradiction between the large-scale development of infrastructure construction and insufficient construction funds has become increasingly obvious. Similar problems have been encountered in the infrastructure construction of universities. This article uses a series of financial evaluation indicators to analyze the economic feasibility of the BOT project financing in the infrastructure construction of colleges and universities from the perspective of economics.
