摘要：工程企业在实施各种工程项目时，必须以工程项目的工期和质量为首要考虑目标，但在新形势发展背景下工程企业还需要对工程造价的管理予以高度重视。随着EPC总承包模式的应运而生，工程企业逐渐意识到了其在促进工程行业可持续发展方面起到的积极影响。本文分析了EPC项目投资控制的必要性，研究了EPC总承包模式下各个环节的造价管理措施，还针对EPC模式下的造价控制提出了可行性建议，旨在为相关工程企业提供工程造价管理方面的参考意见，有效提高工程项目在市场中的核心竞争力。
Abstract: When implementing various engineering projects, engineering companies must take the construction period and quality of the engineering projects as their primary considerations. However, under the background of the development of the new situation, engineering companies also need to attach great importance to the management of project costs. With the emergence of the EPC general contracting model, engineering companies have gradually realized its positive influence in promoting the sustainable development of the engineering industry. This paper analyzes the necessity of EPC project investment control, studies the cost management measures of each link in the EPC general contracting mode, and also puts forward feasibility recommendations for the cost control under the EPC mode, aiming to provide engineering cost management aspects for related engineering companies The reference opinions, effectively improve the core competitiveness of engineering projects in the market.
