高位布置矩形吸收塔正装施工的应用

摘要:燃煤电厂烟气脱硫多采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术,吸收塔为脱硫系统核心设备,随着国家烟气排放标准提高为超净排放,须增强脱硫效率。广州粤电台山发电厂4号机组脱硫吸收塔为日本千代田CT121鼓泡塔技术,脱硫提效改造设计新增一台高位布置矩形吸收塔与鼓泡塔串联,靠新增联络烟道串联,形成双塔循环。本次施工合理选用400t履带吊作为主吊机械,正装法自下而上、由外向内、分层安装吸收塔及塔内装置。
Abstract: The flue gas desulfurization of coal-fired power plants mostly adopts limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology. The absorption tower is the core equipment of the desulfurization system. As the national flue gas emission standards are raised to ultra-clean emissions, the desulfurization efficiency must be enhanced. The desulfurization absorption tower of Unit 4 of Guangzhou Yuedian Dianshan Power Plant is Japan's Chiyoda CT121 bubble tower technology. The desulfurization improvement design adds a high-position rectangular absorption tower and the bubble tower in series, and the new connecting flue is connected in series to form Double tower loop. In this construction, a 400t crawler crane was reasonably selected as the main crane, and the absorption tower and the internal device of the tower were installed in layers from bottom to top, from outside to inside.
