Research on the Status Quo of Rural Drinking Water Pricing in Huanxian County and Its Development Countermeasures

摘要： 水费是供水工程管护经费的主要来源，是保障供水工程可持续发展的关键因素之一，农村供水工程能否有效发挥其效益，与工程管理水平及管护经费的落实息息相关。本文以环县调研为基础，论述了该县水价的构成、制定、执行以及水费收缴情况，归纳总结了该地区农村饮水定价方面存在的问题，提出了相应的对策及建议，为我国典型丘陵沟壑区的农村饮水科学定价以及水费收缴管理提供参考。
Abstract: Water fee is the main source of management and protection funds for water supply projects, and is one of the key factors to ensure the sustainable development of water supply projects. Whether rural water supply projects can effectively exert their benefits is closely related to the level of project management and the implementation of management and protection funds. Based on the survey of Huan County, this article discusses the composition, formulation, implementation, and collection of water prices in the county, summarizes the problems in rural drinking water pricing in the region, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is a typical hilly area in my country. The scientific pricing of rural drinking water in gully areas and the management of water fee collection provide references.
