摘要： 随着社会经济的发展和城镇化进程的加快，市政工程项目逐渐增加。在进行市政工程的建设时，项目管理能够有效提升市政工程的管理水平和管理质量。基于此，文章主要针对市政工程管理体系加以研究，通过对市政工程项目管理的现状进行解剖分析，对症下药，探讨适合市政工程管理现状的解决措施，希望能够有力地推动市政工程的发展。此外，文章建议相关机构和部门应该进行市政工程管理体制的改革和创新，不断完善项目管理体系，以有效提升市政工程的项目质量。
Abstract: With the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, municipal engineering projects are gradually increasing. In the construction of municipal engineering, project management can effectively improve the management level and management quality of municipal engineering. Based on this, this article mainly studies the municipal engineering management system, through anatomical analysis of the current situation of municipal engineering project management, prescribes the right medicine, and discusses the solutions suitable for the current situation of municipal engineering management, hoping to effectively promote the development of municipal engineering. In addition, the article suggests that relevant institutions and departments should carry out the reform and innovation of the municipal engineering management system, and constantly improve the project management system, so as to effectively improve the project quality of municipal engineering.
