摘要： 随着城市化进程的推进，产业化园区逐渐兴起，尤其是在当今新冠疫情影响的大环境下，如何在施工组织阶段可预见性的发现问题，解决问题，并提出相应的管理措施和办法，是当下施工环境的重点。本文以某疫苗产业化园区的施工组织设计管理办法为例，结合项目特点明确各个施工总包管理和施工控制的各项目标，对在施工过程的重点难点问题进行着重分析，并提出相应的应付方法，充分运用在以往众多项目施工总承包管理及施工中取得的经验和所掌握的先进管理手段、方法、模式及管理机制，并组建适应本工程特点，符合本工程管理要求，具有同类型工程施工经验的工程项目管理部，全面履行合同规定的各项权利和义务，以主动、严谨、苛求的工作态度对各工程项目实行全过程控制，确保工程优质如期圆满竣工。
Abstract: With the advancement of urbanization, industrial parks are gradually emerging, especially in the current environment affected by the new crown epidemic, how to predictably find and solve problems in the construction organization stage, and propose corresponding management measures and The method is the focus of the current construction environment. This paper takes the construction organization design management method of a vaccine industrialization park as an example, combined with the characteristics of the project, clarifies the objectives of each construction general contract management and construction control, focuses on the key and difficult problems in the construction process, and proposes corresponding countermeasures method, make full use of the experience gained in the general contracting management and construction of many previous projects and the advanced management methods, methods, models and management mechanisms that have been mastered, and form a project that adapts to the characteristics of this project and meets the management requirements of this project. It has the same type of project. The engineering project management department with construction experience fully fulfills the rights and obligations stipulated in the contract, and implements the whole process control of each engineering project with an active, rigorous and demanding work attitude to ensure that the project is completed with high quality and on schedule.
