摘要:本文主要介绍了在郑焦城际铁路黄河大桥40m大跨度简支梁施工中,针对桥址区域地质状况及地形条件,通过采用下行式移动模架施工方法,从而很好的解决了大跨度简支梁支架搭设工程量大、梁体挠度控制困难等难题。不但使得移动模架受力明确,施工安全可控,而且避免了常规支架所带来的沉降不可控等安全风险,由于移动模架最终受力作用于已完成的承台处,避免了对桥址范围内的地质进行加固处理,大大降低了施工措施费用,保护了施工区域的地质地貌和生态环境,该施工方法为类似施工提供相关经验。
Abstract: This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of the 40m long-span simply supported beam of the Yellow River Bridge on the Zhengjiao Intercity Railway, according to the geological and topographical conditions of the bridge site area, the downward mobile formwork construction method is used to solve the problem well. There are many problems such as the large amount of construction work for the span simply supported beam bracket and the difficulty in controlling the deflection of the beam body. Not only the force of the mobile formwork is clear, the construction is safe and controllable, but also the safety risks such as uncontrollable settlement caused by conventional supports are avoided. The geology within the site is reinforced, which greatly reduces the cost of construction measures and protects the geological landforms and ecological environment in the construction area. This construction method provides relevant experience for similar construction.
