Development and Research of EtherCAT-IO Module for SPECT Motion Control System

摘要:SPECT的运动系统的核心部分是运动控制系统。运动控制系统中常扩展第三方电机驱动器或者传感器,如扩展的模块的实时反馈与控制周期是不确定或者过长时,会存在安全问题,自主开发的基于EtherCAT网络通讯的IO模块解决了此难题。本文主要研究了一种基于EtherCAT网络通讯的IO模块(以下简称EtherCAT-IO模块),经实践证明,本模块具有实时反馈、接口兼容性强、安全性高、工作稳定等优点,能够满足SPECT运动控制系统的使用要求。
Abstract: The core part of SPECT motion system is the motion control system. In the motion control system, third-party motor drivers or sensors are often extended. For example, when the real-time feedback and control cycle of the extended module is uncertain or too long, there will be security problems. The self-developed IO module based on EtherCAT network communication solves this problem. This paper mainly studies an IO module based on EtherCAT network communication (hereinafter referred to as EtherCAT-IO module). It has been proved by practice that this module has the advantages of real-time feedback, strong interface compatibility, high security and stable operation, and can meet the requirements of SPECT motion. Requirements for the use of the control system.
