Application of Water Washing Process to Prepare Tuff Machine-made Sand in Engineering

摘要:依托浙江新昌县太下线儒岙至常台高速双彩道口段改造工程项目工程实例,通过凝灰岩机制砂制备工艺综合考虑机制砂加工质量、环保要求、经济性等方面进行了比选,选择使用水洗法加工工艺制备凝灰岩机制砂用于实体工程,本文重点就凝灰岩机制砂水洗法加工、环保措施、成品机制砂检测等过程进行了介绍和总结。
Abstract: Relying on the engineering example of the reconstruction project of the Shuangcaidaokou section of the Taixia Line in Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, the comparison and selection were made by comprehensively considering the processing quality, environmental protection requirements and economy of the manufactured sand through the preparation process of the tuff manufactured sand. The water washing process is selected to prepare tuff manufactured sand for physical engineering. This paper focuses on the introduction and summary of the water washing process of tuff manufactured sand, environmental protection measures, and finished manufactured sand testing.
