摘要:院为高标准落实青藏高原黄河流域的环境保护要求,基于其环境十分脆弱,法律制度、生态红线刚性约束严格、结构可靠性要
求高等现状,充分研究了青藏高原高原性气候的典型性及高寒阴湿,昼夜温差大,季节性冻土分布广泛,冻融破坏病害严重,混凝土耐久性等突出问题;在黄河流域高质量发展背景下,在查阅大量相关公路项目设计资料、实地考察已施工工程项目的基础上,详细论述了青藏高原黄河流域高速公路总体路线、路基路面、桥梁涵洞、交安绿化等专业设计原则,形成了青藏高原黄河流域低环境影响公路设计指南。
Abstract: Aiming at the strictness and standardization of environmental policy implementation in the Yellow River Basin of QinghaiTibet Plateau, due to its fragile environment, strict legal system, strict ecological red line constraints, and high structural reliability
requirements, fully studied the typical plateau climate of the Qinghai -Tibet Plateau, high cold and dampness, seasonal glaciers are
characterized by temperature difference between day and night, melting of glaciers and weakening of concrete strength. Under the
background of high -quality development of the Yellow River Basin, on the basis of reviewing literature and on -the -spot inspection ofexisting construction projects, discusses in detail the professional design principles to the overall route, roadbed and pavement, bridges and culverts, and traffic safety greening of the expressway in the Yellow River Basin of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, formed the design guidelines for low environmental impact highways in the Yellow River Basin of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
