Visualization and Economic Analysis of Submerged Arc Furnace

摘要:铁合金作为资源能源密集型的高能耗传统行业,长期面临能耗高、能量利用率低、自动化程度低及用工难等问题。为保质保量达成“双碳”目标,铁合金行业进行产能置换、产业升级及节能技术改造刻不容缓。本文介绍了铁合金近年来的发展状况,阐述了矿热炉节能的难点,介绍了矿热炉可视化技术的原理,并结合实际案例对矿热炉可视化技术的节能效益及其经济性进行了详细的分析。
Abstract: As a resource-intensive and energy-intensive traditional industry, the ferroalloy industry has long been faced with problems such as high energy consumption, low energy utilization rate, poor level of automation and labor difficulties. In order to achieve the "dual carbon" target, it is urgent for the ferroalloy industry to carry out capacity replacement, industrial upgrading and energy-saving technological transformation. This paper introduces the development of ferroalloys in recent years, expounds the difficulties of energy saving in submerged arc furnaces, describes the principle of visualization technology of submerged arc furnace and combines practical cases to make a detailed analysis of the energy-saving benefits and economics of the visualization technology of submerged arc furnaces.
