Research on Solutions for Parking Space Demand in High-quality Industrial Parks

摘要：文章主要以在高品质产业园区开发过程中，如何经济合理的满足更高的停车位需求为研究目的。文章分析了常见的停车位方式的适用特点和成本，通过建立模型计算出不同容积率下的车位缺口的数量，并推荐适合的停车位需求解决方案。同时对立体停车楼与地下车库两种方案从经营的角度进行对比分析，直观的表现出两种方案所适用的项目特点。为产业园区项目实现其投资价值，从解决停车位需求的出发，在规划设计阶段的思考给予一定的参考意义。
Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is how to meet the higher demand for parking spaces economically and reasonably in the process of developing high-quality industrial parks. This paper analyzes the applicable characteristics and costs of common parking space methods, calculates the number of parking space gaps under different floor area ratios by establishing a model, and recommends suitable solutions for parking space needs. At the same time, the two schemes of the three-dimensional parking building and the underground garage are compared and analyzed from the perspective of operation, and the project characteristics applicable to the two schemes are intuitively displayed. In order to realize the investment value of the industrial park project, starting from solving the demand for parking spaces, the thinking in the planning and design stage will give a certain reference significance.
