Optimal Design of Double Circle Frozen Scheme for New Air Shaft in Dongpang Mine

摘要:东庞矿新风井穿过多个含水层,地下水流速超过5m/天。针对矿井所处邯邢地区地下水流速大的情况,设计根据地层特性,通过分析辅助孔间距确定荒径距离、冻结时间等诸多因素,采用“主排孔+防片帮孔”双圈冻结方式,加密钻孔,提高供冷能力,抵抗地下水流对冻结的影响,施工井筒。冻结工期共计200天,其中冻结孔施工50天,沟槽按照10天,开机至试挖60天,试挖到穿过最下部黏土层80天。项目总造价(含特凿措施费)1378.2万元。
Abstract: The new air shaft of Dongpang mine passes through multiple aquifers,and groundwater flow rate exceeds 5m/d. In view of the high speed of groundwater flow in Handan and Xingtai area where the mine is located, this paper is designed according to the formation characteristics, and analyzes the distance between auxiliary holes to determine the distance of waste diameter, freezing time and many other factors. In this paper, the double circle freezing method of "main drainage hole + anti sheet side hole" is adopted to densify the drilling, improve the cooling capacity, resist the influence of groundwater flow on freezing, and construct the shaft. The freezing period is 200 days in total, including 50 days for the construction of freezing holes, 10 days for the trench, 60 days from Startup to trial excavation, and 80 days from trial excavation to passing through the lowest clay layer. The total cost of the project (including the cost of special chiseling measures) is 13.782 million yuan.
