Study on Key Technologies of Plant Mixed Hot Recycled Asphalt Mixture

摘要: 为了进一步的提升对厂拌热再生沥青混合料关键技术,文章采用新旧沥青融合的方式,揭示了厂拌热再生材料性能恢复机理,在充分考虑RAP材料的技术特点提出了厂拌热再生沥青混合料的材料组成设计方法,在此基础上研究了厂拌热再生沥青混合料的路用性能。研究结果表明:向旧沥青中添加轻质组分补全缺失芳香分和饱和分,降低沥青质占比,可以较大程度的提升再生沥青的技术性能;厂拌热再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性随着RAP的掺量的增大而增大,但水稳定性和低温抗裂性能则随着RAP掺量的增大而减小。
Abstract: In order to further improve the key technology of plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture, this paper reveals the performance recovery mechanism of plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture by integrating old and new asphalt, and puts forward the material composition design method of plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture after fully considering the technical characteristics of RAP material. On this basis, the pavement performance of plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture is studied. The results show that the technical performance of recycled asphalt can be greatly improved by adding light components to the old asphalt to complete the missing aromatic and saturated components and reduce the proportion of asphaltene. The high temperature stability of plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture increases with the increase of RAP content, but the water stability and low temperature crack resistance decrease with the increase of RAP content.
