Technical Application of Cast-in-place Concrete Cavity Floor of BDF Steel Cage

摘要: 基于现浇空心楼盖抗浮加固技术中传统箱体抗浮施工中存在因箱体浮力较大需增加抗浮钢筋、混凝土施工中箱体浮动不均匀等问题,本文介绍了一种新型的箱体抗浮技术——BDF钢网箱现浇混凝土空腔楼盖技术,利用BDF钢网箱与配筋板带、密肋梁组合形成网箱构件,实现了工业化生产,在工程项目的实践应用中发现楼板混凝土质量稳定、经济效益好,验证了此技术的实用效果。
Abstract: Based on the traditional anti-floating construction of the cast-in-place hollow floor slab anti-floating reinforcement technology, there are problems such as the need to increase the anti-floating reinforcement due to the large buoyancy of the box, and the uneven floating of the box in the concrete construction. A new type of box body anti-floating technology-BDF steel cage cast-in-place concrete cavity floor technology, using the combination of BDF steel cage, reinforced strips, and dense rib beams to form cage components, industrial production has been realized. In the practical application of the project, it is found that the quality of the floor concrete is stable and the economic benefits are good, which verifies the practical effect of this technology.
