Research and Application of Transformation of Wax Oil Heat Supply System in Atmospheric and Vacuum Units

摘要: 600万t/a常减压装置考虑全厂能量综合利用,在原有流程基础上增设了蜡油热供流程。在实际运行中发现,蜡油热供量存在制约条件,热供比例仅为25%,针对该问题进行了工艺流程技术改造,提升蜡油热供比例至45%,提高全厂能源利用率,并且该项目增加了公司整体经济效益。本文详细介绍了工艺流程改造研究方向与实际应用效果。
Abstract: The 6 million t/a atmospheric and vacuum unit considers the comprehensive utilization of energy in the whole plant, and adds a wax oil heat supply process on the basis of the original process. In the actual operation, it was found that there are constraints on the heat supply of wax oil, and the proportion of heat supply is only 25%. In response to this problem, technological transformation of the process flow has been carried out to increase the proportion of heat supply of wax oil to 45%, and improve the energy utilization rate of the whole plant. And the project has increased the overall economic benefits of the company. This paper introduces the research direction and practical application effect of technological process transformation in detail.
