Study on Groundwater Corrosivity Evaluation and Countermeasures of a Subway Project

摘要: 腐蚀是影响混凝土结构耐久性、可靠性的重要因素之一。本文以某地铁工程为例,选样抽取地下水,对不同的混凝土试件进行原位浸泡试验,通过对比分析浸泡前后各项指标的检测实验结果,论证地下水对拟建轨道交通结构混凝土耐久性的影响,结果表明:研究区腐蚀性介质主要为侵蚀性CO2,主要影响作用的是分解性侵蚀。并在此基础上,提出一些地下水防腐对策,以供类似工程参考。
Abstract: Corrosion is one of the important factors affecting the durability and reliability of concrete structures. Based on a subway station as an example, extract the groundwater sampling, and conduct the in-situ soaking test of different concrete specimens, through comparing and analyzing the test results of various indicators before and after soaking, the influence of groundwateron the durability of concrete of the proposed rail transit structure was demonstrated. The results showed that: The corrosive medium in the study area is mainly erosive CO2, which mainly affects the decomposition erosion. On this basis, some countermeasures of groundwater anti-corrosion are proposed for reference in similar projects.
