Research on the Application of Concrete-filled Steel Tube Beam-column Externally Reinforced Ring-plate Joints in Prefabricated Houses

摘要: 基于ABAQUS软件建立了节点数值计算模型,通过模拟节点在柱顶恒载和水平位移共同作用工况下的力学响应,分析了不同节点域延伸长度对节点力学性能和位移延性的影响。研究表明,在使用此类节点与梁端焊接连接的装配方式时,不同节点域延伸长度对节点的承载力及位移延性影响不大,但考虑到运输便利,建议延伸长度不大于3bf。
Abstract: Based on ABAQUS software, a numerical calculation model of the joint is established. By simulating the mechanical response of the node under the combined action of dead load and horizontal displacement at the top of the column, the influence of beam end extension lengths on the mechanical properties and displacement ductility of different CFST columns and steel beam joint domains is analyzed. Studies have shown that when using such an assembly method of welded connection between nodes and beam ends, the extension lengths of different node domains have little effect on the nodes' bearing capacity and displacement ductility. However, considering the convenience of transportation, it is recommended that the extension length should not exceed 3bf.
