摘要:研究开发基于POE理论和BIM技术的绿色建筑室内环境后评估系统,通过系统性的开发整合建筑运行中的各类环境参数,建立交互操作自主采集用户及建筑环境相关信息,结合现有绿色建筑运行评价理论进行绿色建筑运行参数评估,为优化绿色建筑的运行机制和参数设置提供数据,改善绿色建筑的运行体验。
Abstract: Research and develop a post-evaluation system for indoor environment of green buildings based on POE theory and BIM technology. The building operation evaluation theory evaluates green building operation parameters, provides data for optimizing the operation mechanism and parameter setting of green buildings, and improves the operation experience of green buildings.
