摘要： 新零售的出现为宁波零售业的发展提出了新的挑战，随着消费升级和信息技术的发展，推动着宁波零售业不断的转型升级。本文作者研究了传统零售业发展的现状和存在的相关问题，对新零售的特征和理论进行了学习之后，结合宁波的零售业发展现状，提出了相关建议探讨了在“新零售”背景下宁波零售业转型升级的路径。
Abstract: The emergence of new retail has put forward new challenges for the development of retail industry in Ningbo. With the upgrading of consumption and the development of information technology, it promotes the continuous transformation and upgrading of retail industry in Ningbo. The author of this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of the development of traditional retail industry, studies the characteristics and theories of new retail industry, puts forward relevant suggestions combined with the current situation of retail industry development in Ningbo, and discusses the path of retail industry transformation and upgrading in Ningbo under the background of "new retail".
