Analysis on Instrument Control Design of Denitrification Deep Bed Filter

摘要: 本文通过分析反硝化深床滤池的工艺原理,以无人值守为原则,合理的设计反硝化深床滤池自动化控制系统和仪表系统,并设置相应的PLC控制程序,使得反硝化深床滤池可以全自动化运行。反硝化深床滤池的自动化运行极大的减少了人力的投入,提高了滤池的运行效率,有效的达到了水质排放标准,取得良好的经济效益。
Abstract: In this paper, by analyzing the process principle of denitrification deep bed filter, based on the principle of unattended, the automatic control system and instrument system of denitrification deep bed filter are reasonably designed, and the corresponding PLC control program is set to make the denitrification deep bed filter. The bed filter can be fully automated. The automatic operation of the denitrification deep bed filter greatly reduces the input of manpower, improves the operation efficiency of the filter, effectively meets the water quality discharge standard, and achieves good economic benefits.
