摘要: 近年我国各地从集料加工的管理和技术两方面采取不同措施加强集料质量[1],但整体水平还较低,表现在设备、工艺、管理等方面不配套和相对落后;另外钢桥面铺装沥青混合料需要的特种集料,常规的加工生产线满足不了需求。引入精细化工及食品加工行业的生产筛分工艺进行集料生产,采用密闭式厂房进行集料生产和储存,工厂化模式生产和生产集料,推动了我国钢桥面专用集料的分档标准和加工水平。
Abstract: In recent years, various parts of China have taken different measures to strengthen the quality of aggregates from the aspects of aggregate processing management and technology [1], but the overall level is still low, which is manifested in the lack of matching and relatively backward equipment, technology, management, etc.; The special aggregates required for paving asphalt mixtures on bridge decks cannot be met by conventional processing production lines. The production and screening process of fine chemicals and food processing industries was introduced for aggregate production, and closed workshops were used for aggregate production and storage. and processing level.
