摘要: 根据核电模拟控制系统向DCS系统改造实际需求,分析了改造过程中的主要风险,研究了对应的风险控制措施。提出了以全范围全生命周期验证测试系统、电缆端接管理系统、3D虚拟化设备拆装仿真系统、电缆老化检测与评估工具作为软硬件基础设备,在设计、调试测试、施工、运维阶段开展接口与接线、合同与供应链管理、人因工程、通信等12个领域专项风险分析与控制评估,在有效缩短改造工期的同时有效降低核电模拟控制系统向DCS系统改造风险。
Abstract: According to the requirements of digital upgrades for simulation control system to DCS system, the main risks in the upgrades process are analyzed and the corresponding risk control measures are studied. The software and hardware infrastructure, including the full-range life-cycle verification and testing system, cable terminal management system, 3D virtualization device disassembly simulation system, cable aging detection tools, is proposed. Special risk analysis and control evaluation were carried out in 12 fields, including interface and wiring, contract and supply chain management, human factors engineering and communication, in the stages of design, commissioning, testing, construction and operation and maintenance, so as to effectively reduce the upgrades risk from nuclear power simulation control system to DCS system while effectively shortening the upgrades period.
