Analysis on the Current Situation and Ways of Construction of County-town-village Three-level Delivery Logistics System

摘要： 农村地区的寄递物流体系是当前农产品出村进城、消费品下乡进村的重要实现渠道，对于满足农村地区群众生产和生活需要、促进农村消费潜能释放、加快乡村振兴实现具有重要意义。本文通过对农村地区县乡村三级寄递物流体系建设进行分析，明确县级、乡级、村级三级节点在整个寄递物流体系建设中的作用、功能和建设重点。
Abstract: The delivery logistics system in rural areas is an important realization channel for agricultural products to go out of the village to the city, and consumer goods to go to the countryside to the village. This paper analyzes the construction of the three-level delivery logistics system in rural areas, counties and villages, and clarifies the role, function and construction focus of the three-level nodes at the county, township and village levels in the construction of the entire delivery logistics system.
