摘要： 结合对国内LNG工程项目发展现状及存在问题的分析，引入了协同化管理的概念，应用于LNG工程设计管理中。通过对工程设计中核心技术应用与协同化管理模式作用机制的探讨，提出了可供参考的管理模式，并对其在实际项目中的应用实践进行了总结，对于LNG项目工程设计创新管理模式的研究具有一定参考意义。
Abstract: Combined with the analysis of the development status and existing problems of domestic LNG engineering projects, the concept of collaborative management is introduced and applied to LNG engineering design management. Through the discussion on the application of core technologies in engineering design and the function mechanism of collaborative management mode, a management mode for reference is proposed, and its application practice in actual projects is summarized. The research has certain reference significance.
