摘要: 为了解决电站水轮机组运行多年后出现效率低下、出力受阻问题,通过对水轮机全流道进行CFD数值模拟计算,发现水轮机的转轮室结构、轮毂比和叶片形状均存在在一定缺陷,提出了水轮机组改型优化方案并基于CFD数值模拟对改型优化方案进行计算验证,最终确定最优改型目标,达到了电站改造要求。
Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and output blockage of the hydro turbine unit in the power station after many years of operation, through the CFD numerical simulation calculation of the full flow channel of the hydro turbine, it is found that the runner chamber structure, hub ratio and blade shape of the hydro turbine all have certain defects. The retrofit optimization scheme of the hydro turbine unit was calculated and verified based on the CFD numerical simulation, and the optimal retrofit target was finally determined, which met the power station retrofit requirements.
