Study on Quality Assessment of Mass Concrete with Post-pouring Belt in Pump Station Floor

摘要: 结合华东地区某泵站底板设置了后浇带的大体积混凝土浇筑施工的工程实例,与普通混凝土相比,对设置后浇带大体积混凝土单元工程的质量评定进行了深入研究。从混凝土配合比、预埋孔洞、钢筋制安、混凝土温度控制、养护、外观质量检查等几方面提出对设置后浇带大体积混凝土单元工程质量评定的操作过程及注意事项,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴作用。
Abstract: The quality assessment of mass concrete unit with post-pouring belt is studied deeply, which combines with a pump station in east China, the construction of mass concrete pouring with post-pouring belt is given, compared with ordinary concrete. This paper puts forward the operation process and matters for attention of quality assessment of mass concrete unit with post-pouring belt from the aspects of concrete mix ratio, embedded holes, fabrication and installation of steel bars, temperature control of concrete, curing of concrete and inspection of appearance quality, which can be used for reference for similar projects.
