Systematic Design and Simulation Analysis of Split-type Elderly Lift Chair

摘要: 针对老年人下肢行动不便以及护理难度大的问题,研究设计了一种分体式康复移位辅具;具有轮部安全自锁、分体移位、自主控制等功能;基于Solid Works设计康复移位辅具三维模型,对各功能进行系统化设计;基于Ansys Workbench 对各形态康复移位辅具进行静力学分析,满足刚度和强度条件;三种操控模式、两种底盘切换方式满足不同场景功能需求。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems of inconvenient mobility of the lower limbs and difficult nursing of the elderly, a split type rehabilitation and displacement aid was designed. The three-dimensional model of the assistive device is used to systematically design each function; based on Ansys Workbench, the static analysis of each form of rehabilitation and displacement assistive device is carried out to meet the stiffness and strength conditions. Three control modes and two chassis switching modes meet the functional needs of different scenarios.
