Application Analysis of BIM Technology in Construction Management

摘要： BIM技术是建筑行业的又一次巨大变革，实现了现代建筑施工管理信息化转型升级。文章以BIM技术在施工管理中的应用为研究对象，具体阐述了BIM技术定义、政策扶持情况，明确了BIM技术在施工管理中的应用优势；其后详细分析了BIM工程管理平台的构建与功能，从场地规划、进度、质量、安全、成本管理等方面探讨了BIM技术在施工管理中的应用，并围绕具体案例分析了BIM实施方案与应用情况，获得了较好的施工质量安全以及成本管理效果。
Abstract: BIM technology is another huge change in the construction industry, realizing the transformation and upgrading of modern construction management information. The article takes the application of BIM technology in construction management as the research object, specifically expounds the definition of BIM technology, policy support, and clarifies the application advantages of BIM technology in construction management; then analyzes the construction and functions of the BIM project management platform in detail. discusses the application of BIM technology in construction management from the aspects of site planning, progress, quality, safety, cost management, etc., and analyzes the implementation plan and application of BIM around specific cases, and obtains better construction quality, safety and cost management effect.
