Research on Electric Reactor State Evaluation Method Based on Acoustic Vibration Characteristic

摘要: 与传统的电抗器异常状态检测方法相比,声学振动检测法结合声学检测和振动检测的优点,安装简便、可移植性较强、信号整体性较好,有着广阔的应用前景。本文通过获取电抗器声学振动特征参量,包括声压级、声功率级、声学信号频谱、振动幅值、振动加速度值、振动信号频谱、谐波比重及频率复杂度等,分析电抗器长期运行工况下各特征参量的范围和分布规律,通过层次分析法确定各特征参量的权重因子,并在此基础上结合模糊推理建立电抗器的状态评估模型。
Abstract: Comparing with the traditional ways of electric reactor abnormal state detecting methods, the acoustic vibration detecting method combines with the superiority of acoustic detecting and vibration detecting. It also has the advantages of easier to installing, stronger portability, better signal integrity, and has a broad application prospect. This article abtains the electric reactor′s acoustic and vibration characteristic parameters including sound pressure level, sound power level, acoustic signal spectrum, vibration amplitude, vibration acceleration, vibration acceleration signal spectrum, harmonic proportion and the complexity of frequency and so on. Then analyses the characteristics of the electric reactor's long-term operating condition parameters, in order to get the scope and distribution. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) determines the weight of each feature parameter factor. On these basis, with fuzzy reasoning the state evaluation model of electric reactor is established.
