摘要： 人类传统生产模式是开放式生产，高耗能、高污染，产生了大量有害物质，对自然环境带来了较大负向影响。近年来，随着全球绿色、环保意识的崛起，绿色管理理念开始在世界各地传播和发展。经济生活最基本单位——企业，其经营管理不可避免地也接受绿色意识的洗礼，从企业管理的五大职能入手，进行了流程整合，诞生了绿色管理理论，核心就是环保、和谐、共生和可持续发展。金融业是现代经济的血脉，金融企业的发展决定着金融业质量，但传统金融企业同样也存在高投入、高成本、低产出的问题。本文将绿色管理理论导入金融企业，进行流程再造，注重环保、和谐共生和可持续发展，构建新的金融业运行路径，塑造新的经营模式，支持实体经济高质量发展。
Abstract: The traditional production mode of human beings is open production, high energy consumption, high pollution, and a large number of harmful substances are produced, which has a great negative impact on the natural environment. In recent years, with the rise of global awareness of green and environmental protection, the concept of green management has begun to spread and develop around the world. The most basic unit of economic life-enterprise, its operation and management inevitably also accepts the baptism of green awareness. Starting from the five functions of enterprise management, the process is integrated, and the green management theory is born. The core is environmental protection, harmony, symbiosis and sustainability. continuous development. The financial industry is the bloodline of the modern economy. The development of financial enterprises determines the quality of the financial industry. However, traditional financial enterprises also have problems of high input, high cost and low output. This paper introduces green management theory into financial enterprises, carries out process reengineering, pays attention to environmental protection, harmonious coexistence and sustainable development, builds a new financial industry operation path, shapes a new business model, and supports the high-quality development of the real economy.
