Application Exploration of Technology Maturity Tool in Nuclear Power Model Development

摘要: 技术成熟度是一种对科技创新进行状态标识的重要工具,文章介绍了基于技术成熟度(TRL)评价的一般方法,对较为通用的信息采集法、检查单法两种方法的适用性和特征进行了全面对比分析,结合核电型号的特点,对技术成熟度的分级标准定义、评价方法、流程步骤和集成要素进行了系统的论证,结合自主三代核电型号的研发进行了技术成熟度应用的探索尝试,解决了研发技术成果转化的技术风险控制问题。
Abstract: Technology maturity is an important tool to identify the status of scientific and technological innovation. This paper introduces the general method based on technology maturity evaluation, analyzes the Collect Information Method and Checklist method, and systematically demonstrates the classification standard definition, evaluation method, process steps and integration of Technology Readiness level, Combined with the research and design of third-generation nuclear power station, given an application to solve the technical risk control problem in R & D.
