Research on the Empowerment Effect of Digital Inclusive Finance on the Consumption Level of Rural Residents under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要：基于2011-2018年中国省级面板数据，探讨数字普惠金融发展与农村居民消费水平的影响。研究发现数字普惠金融发展显著促进农村居民消费水平的提升。经过稳健性检验，结论仍成立。异质性分析表明，数字普惠金融对农村居民消费水平的促进效应存在显著差异性。影响机制检验表明，数字普惠金融通过人均收入水平和缩小城乡差距间接作用于农村居民消费水平。本研究将为实现乡村振兴提供理论支持和实践意义。
Abstract: Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2011 to 2018, this paper discusses the impact of the development of digital Inclusive Finance on the consumption level of rural residents. The study found that the development of digital Inclusive Finance significantly promoted the consumption level of rural residents. After robustness test, the conclusion is still valid. Heterogeneity analysis shows that there are significant differences in the promotion effect of digital Inclusive Finance on the consumption level of rural residents. The impact mechanism test shows that digital Inclusive Finance indirectly affects the consumption level of rural residents through the per capita income level and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. This study will provide theoretical support and practical significance for the realization of Rural Revitalization.
