摘要: 针对中国外运公司的多类型差异化仓库的KPI评价标准难以统一的问题,本文采用层次分析法和主成分分析法,从盈利能力、运营水平、仓库成本、服务水平、主要行业领域增长率、外部环境因素这六个方面进行分析,确定各指标权重,构建仓库KPI评价体系,并对仓库运作水平进行量化,得出行而有效的仓库KPI评价体系,这将为中国外运公司在未来对多类型差异化的仓库进行提质增效方面提供更有参考价值的解决方案。
Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to unify the KPI evaluation standards of Sinotrans's multi-type differentiated warehouses, this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process and principal component analysis method to analyze profitability, operation level, warehouse cost, service level, growth rate of main industry fields, Analyze the six aspects of external environmental factors, determine the weight of each index, build a warehouse KPI evaluation system, and quantify the warehouse operation level to obtain a practical and effective warehouse KPI evaluation system, which will provide Sinotrans in the future. Different types of warehouses provide more valuable solutions for improving quality and efficiency.
