摘要： 随着二十一世纪建筑科技的迅速发展，混凝土预制施工技术的稳定性这一特点在建筑施工项目中得到了广泛的应用。它不仅使建筑结构稳定，建筑质量得到提高，也使建筑使用年限得到了有效的保证，缩短施工周期，更使建筑成本合理科学地降低。随着当今社会的发展，人们对房屋的美观舒适度等等方面的追求越来越高，为建筑施工提出很大的要求。根据具体的要求合理科学实施混凝土预制技术，使施工质量更好地提高。当前，我国在房屋建筑工程中应用混凝土预制施工技术收获不少成果，作者对房屋建筑工程中混凝土预制施工技术的应用情况进行分析研究，以促进建筑行业的稳步发展。
Abstract: With the rapid development of construction technology in the 21st century, the stability of precast concrete construction technology has been widely used in construction projects. It not only stabilizes the building structure and improves the quality of the building, but also effectively guarantees the service life of the building, shortens the construction site period, and reduces the construction cost reasonably and scientifically. With the development of today's society, people's pursuit of the beauty and comfort of houses is getting higher and higher, which puts forward great requirements for building construction. According to the specific requirements, the concrete prefabrication technology is reasonably and scientifically implemented, so that the construction quality can be better improved. At present, the application of concrete precast construction technology in housing construction projects in my country has achieved many achievements. The author analyzes and studies the application of concrete precast construction technology in housing construction projects to promote the steady development of the construction industry.
