Analysis of New City Construction Mode and Spatial Expansion Strategy in Jinyi Metropolitan Area Based on the Background of Co-City Integration

摘要： 在现代化发展中，城市建设与发展一直都是我国经济发展及社会建设的主旋律，从国家整体发展布局来看，在多项产业的发展中，都是以城市现代化建设来带动各项产业实现长期稳定的经济增长。为进一步扩大城市在经济发展方面的影响力，同城化发展的概念应运而生，其强调城市区域化发展，使城市发展与建设的核心不再以城市为主，而是实现区域化的扩张，通过联合多个城市来依据都市区新城建设的方式形成一体化城市布局。基于此，文章选取金义都市区为案例进行分析，该区主要由浙江省金华市与义乌市所组成，两个城市间相邻较近，具备同城化发展的优势，研究重点探究同城化背景下金义都市区新城建设模式与空间扩展策略，以此来为相关研究提出具备建设性与指导性的建议。
Abstract: In modern development, urban construction and development has always been the main theme of China's economic development and social construction. From the perspective of the overall national development layout, in the development of a number of industries, urban modernization is used to drive various industries to achieve long-term stable economic growth. In order to further expand the influence of cities in economic development, the concept of co-location development came into being, which emphasizes the development of urban regionalization, so that the core of urban development and construction is no longer city-oriented, but to achieve regional expansion, and to form an integrated urban layout by uniting multiple cities based on the construction of new cities in metropolitan areas. Based on this, the article selects the Jingyi metropolitan area as a case study, which is mainly composed of Jinhua and Yiwu cities in Zhejiang Province, and the two cities are close to each other and have the advantages co-location development. The research focuses on exploring the new city construction model and spatial expansion strategy of Jinyi Metropolitan Area under the background of urbanization in order to put forward constructive and instructive suggestion for related research.
