——以成都市中心五城区为例
GIS-based Construction Land Suitability Evaluation:
Taking the Five Urban Areas in the Center of Chengdu as an Example

摘要:以成都市中心五城区为研究区,结合研究区实际情况,选取坡度、坡向、高程、铁路、土地利用类型、距水体距离六个评价因子建立建设用地适宜性评价指标体系,运用层次分析法建立评价模型,再利用GIS技术进行处理,将其划分为适宜区、较适宜区、普通适宜区、勉强适宜区和不适宜区。结果表明:①适宜区在五城区内分布总体较为均匀;②较适宜区和普通适宜区主要分布在青羊区和金牛区;③勉强适宜区和不适宜区主要分布在锦江区和金牛区。
Abstract: Taking the five urban areas in the center of Chengdu as the research area, combined with the actual situation of the research area, six evaluation factors of slope, slope aspect, elevation, railway, land use type, and distance from the water body were selected to establish a construction land suitability evaluation index system, and the analytic hierarchy process was used. An evaluation model is established, and then processed by GIS technology, it is divided into suitable areas, relatively suitable areas, ordinary suitable areas, barely suitable areas and unsuitable areas. The results show that: ① the suitable areas are generally evenly distributed in the five urban areas; ②the more suitable and general suitable areas are mainly distributed in Qingyang District and Jinniu District; ③ the barely suitable areas and unsuitable areas are mainly distributed in Jinjiang District and Taurus District.
