摘要：随着国家经济社会的高质量发展和人民生活水平的进一步提高，越来越多的工程项目将采取EPC工程总承包模式。针对水利工程的特殊性，设计牵头的EPC总承包管理模式越来越受青睐，因此做好EPC 工程总承包设计管理就显得越发重要。本文重点阐述了水利工程EPC总承包模式下设计管理的要点，同时提出了一般设计管理的流程，以便为后续的相关工作提供有效参考。
Abstract: With the high-quality development of national economy and society and the further improvement of people's living standards, more and more projects will adopt the EPC project general contracting mode. In view of the particularity of water conservancy project, the design led EPC general contracting management mode is more and more popular, so it is more and more important to do a good job in design management of EPC project general contracting. The key points of design management under the EPC mode are described in water conservancy project, and the general design management process is put forward, so as to provide effective reference for the follow-up related work.
