Transformation and Development of Library Services under the "Internet+" Environment

摘要：在“互联网+”环境下，图书馆服务转型是大势所趋。本文首先通过文献调研了解本选题的国内外研究现状，阐明了“互联网+”的基本概念和主要内涵。然后从信息资源建设、读者用户以及对图书馆工作人员的要求等方面来分析互联网+环境带给图书馆的机遇和挑战，并提出图书馆服务转型的具体对策：转型为创业创新支撑空间；采用多样化的信息提供方式；重视读者需求，引导服务创新；发展成数据管理中心等。最后对“互联网+图书馆”的未来进行了展望。
Abstract: In the "Internet+" environment, the transformation of library services is the general trend. This paper first learns about the research status of this topic at home and abroad through literature research, and clarifies the basic concept and main connotation of "Internet+". Then it analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought to libraries by the Internet+s environment from the aspects of information resource construction, readers and users, and the requirements for library staff, and puts forward specific countermeasures for the transformation of library services: transforming into a supporting space for entrepreneurship and innovation; adopting diversified information provision methods; paying attention to the needs of readers and guiding service innovation; developing into a data management center. Finally, the future of "Internet plus Library" is prospected.
