Construction Technology of Large Diameter Deep and Long Water Pile Foundation in Silty Sand Stratum

摘要:黄河地质以粉砂粉土为主,有地质松软、易液化、抗冲能力弱的特点,且黄河河道流速大、冲刷深,这些对水中桩基成桩质量极易造成影响。依托东津黄河大桥19#主塔2m大直径、孔深130m深长水中桩基的施工,系统地对钻孔过程中护筒长度及垂直度、泥浆含砂率、成孔垂直度、钢筋笼加工质量、砼灌注质量控制等进行研究,提高了桩基成桩质量,效果显著,为以后类似工作积累了宝贵经验。
Abstract: The geology of the Yellow River is dominated by silt and silt, which is characterized by soft geology, easy liquefaction, and weak anti-scour ability. Moreover, the Yellow River has high flow velocity and deep scour, which can easily affect the quality of pile foundations in water. Relying on the construction of the 19# main tower of Dongjin Yellow River Bridge with a large diameter of 2m and a hole depth of 130m in deep water pile foundation, the length and verticality of the casing during the drilling process, the sand content of the mud, the verticality of the hole, and the processing of the steel cage were systematically analyzed. The quality of the pile and the quality control of concrete pouring have been studied, which has improved the quality of the pile foundation and has achieved remarkable results, accumulating valuable experience for similar work in the future.
