Application of Straight Cut Construction Technology in Large Section Tunnel

摘要：随着施工市场的不断扩展，传统的人工钻爆已逐渐退出应用市场，凿岩台车开始显露头角。由于传统的斜眼掏槽的钻孔方式对于钻孔角度有高度要求，而目前市场上的凿岩台车在角度的控制上难于精确化控制，因此变更钻孔方案势在必行。本文援引阿联酋铁路隧道工程为例，诠释如何使用直眼掏槽爆破的方式，加快隧道施工进度，减少隧道欠挖现象，为相关工程提供参考。
Abstract: With the continuous expansion of the construction market, the traditional manual drilling and blasting has gradually withdrawn from the application market, and the drilling jumbo has begun to show itself. Because the traditional inclined hole cutting drilling method has high requirements for the drilling angle, and the current market drilling jumbo is difficult to precisely control the angle, so it is imperative to change the drilling plan. This paper cites the UAE railway tunnel project as an example to explain how to use straight hole cutting blasting to speed up the tunnel construction progress and reduce tunnel underexcavation, providing reference for relevant projects.
