Application of Single-layer Bailey Beam Support with Middle Buttress in Construction of Railway

摘要： 本文主要介绍了在沈白高铁吉林段TJ-1标四道堡子大桥6×32m预应力混凝土简支箱梁施工中，由于该简支梁采用支架现浇法施工，梁体跨度较大且所处地形较为复杂，不但增加了支架搭设难度，而且对梁体施工质量及线性控制也提出了很高要求。为保证梁体质量及线性满足要求，项目部采用中支墩式单层贝雷梁支架进行施工，同时对支架搭设工艺进行严格把控。通过一系列举措，不但保证了梁体施工质量，而且该类型支架安拆均比较方便，减少了支架搭设工作量，提高了材料周转使用率，降低了施工措施费用。该类型支架也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。
Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the construction of 6×32m prestressed concrete simply supported box girder of Sidaobaozi Bridge in TJ-1 Bid Section of Jilin Section of Shenyang Baitou High speed Railway. Because the simply supported girder is constructed by cast-in-situ support method, the span of the girder is large and the terrain is complex, which not only increases the difficulty of bracket erection, but also puts forward high requirements for the construction quality and linear control of the girder. In order to ensure that the beam quality and linearity meet the requirements, the project department adopts the middle buttress single-layer Bailey beam support for construction, and strictly controls the main construction process of the beam. Through a series of measures, not only the beam construction quality is ensured, but also the installation and removal of this type of support are relatively convenient, which reduces the workload of support erection, improves the utilization rate of material turnover, and reduces the cost of construction measures. This type of support also provides reference for similar subsequent construction.
