Construction Technology Analysis of Longitudinal Ribbed Laminated Precast Shear Wall

摘要;目前,在全面实施绿色建筑的情况下,装配式结构在住宅项目中广泛应用,装配式剪力墙原来应用较多的是套筒灌浆工艺存在钢筋连接复杂,灌浆作业过程质量难以监控的问题。相比较来说,采用新型纵肋叠合剪力墙,钢筋连接简易、质量易控,采用自密实混凝土灌注质量保证率高。本论文针对纵肋叠合剪力墙施工全过程要点进行总结、归纳。
Abstract: At present, with the full inplementation of green buildings, prefabricated structures are widely used in residential projects.The prefabricated shear wall was originally used mostly in sleeve grouting technology, which has the problem of complex reinforcementconnection and difficult to monitor the quality of grouting operation. In comparison, the new type of longitudinal rb composite shear wall isadopted, which makes the connection of reinforcement simple and the quality easy to control, and the self compacting concrete grouting hasa high quality assurance rate. This paper summarizes the key points of the whole construction process of the longitudinal rb composite shearwall.
