Research on the Influencing Factors of Rural Public Space Activities Based on PLS-SEM

摘要:乡村公共空间建设受到各地方政府的高度重视,但村民公共空间活动质量并未显著提升。为了厘清影响村民公共空间活动的因素和路径机制,基于邯郸市116个村庄的调研数据,从外部环境和村民自身两个角度出发,运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立结构方程。得出以下结论:各潜变量对村民公共空间活动的影响程度排序为:公共参与意愿>公共空间设施与服务>村民关系与村庄和谐度>公共空间设计与维护。针对上述结论,提出多项切实可行的政策建议。
Abstract: 'Tlhe constrnuction of rural public spaces has received high attention from local govermments but the quality of villagers"public space activities has not significantly improved. In order to clarify the factors and path mechanism that affect villagers’ public spaceactivities, based on the survey data of 1l6 villages in Handan City, the parial least sgquares (PL.S) method is used to establish the structuralequation from the perspective of the extermnal environment and the villagers themselves. The following conclusions are drawn : the onder of theinfluence degree of each Latent and observable variables on villagers’ public space activities is: public participation willingness>pubicspace facilities and services>villagers’relationship and village harmony>public space design and maintenance. In response to the aboveconclusions，several practical and feasible policy recommendations are proposed.
