摘要:随着企业集团生产经营的不断发展、改革和延伸,资金管理缺乏整合性,网络化,智能化等问题日益明显,与现代金融行业信息化.资金集约化结算高效化的管理水平有较大差距,资金管理能效的进一步提升受到较大的制约,通过分析企业集团集中化资金管理难点和需求,站在企业集团资金集中管理视角,提出了以构建企业集团集中化资金管理系统,实现资金集中的统一融通、统一支付和统一管控,最大程度提供资金的使用效率和风险控制,以期为企业集团资金管控信息化建设提供参考。
Abstract: With the continuous development, reform and extension of the production and operation of enterprise groups, problems suchas the lack of integration, networking and intelligence in capial management have become increasingly obvious,and there is a big gap withthe management level of information technology, capital intensification and setlement efficiency in the modern financial industry， andfurther improvement of the energy efficiency of capital management is greatly restricted.Taking the difficulies and needs of centralized fundmanagement of enterprise groups as the starting point, and from the perspective of centralized fund management of enterprise groups, thispaper proposes to build a centralized fund management system of enterprise groups, realize unified financing. payment and management ofcentralized funds,and provide maximum efficiency and risk control of funds,in order to provide reference for enterprise group capitalcontrol information construction.
