Design of a EGR Detection System Based on LabVIEW and SCM

摘要;设计了一种基于IabVIEW和单片机的数据采集和调控系统,用于船用ECR运行状态的检测和控制。数据采集和处理使用STM32F103VET6为核心的单片机系统来代替NI公司的采集卡,既降低了成本,又提高了数据的处理能力和控制能力。利用LabVIEW软件设计了上位机检测和控制界面,上位机通过CAN总线与STM32F103VET6单片机系统进行通讯,从而实现了EGR系统的信号采集和执行器控制。本系统设计了报警系统、参数标定,控制参数输入等,详细介绍了硬件电路和软件设计.
Abstract: A data acquisition and control system based on LabVIEW and microcontroller was designed for detecting and controlling theoperational status of marine EGR. The use of STM32F103VET6 microcontroller system as the core for data collection and processingreplaces NI's acquisition card not only retduces costs but also improves data processing and control capabilities. The upper computerdetection and control interface was designed using LabVIEW software. The upper computer communicaltes with the STM32F103VET6microcontroller system through CAN bus, thereby achieving signal acquisition and actuator control of the ECR system. This system hasdesigned an alarm sysltem, parameter calibration, control parameter input, elc., and detailed hardlware eircuit and software design.
