Study on Dynamic Tensile Mechanical Properties of Grouting Reinforcing Mortar under Different Inclination Angles

摘要;为探究灌浆补强砂浆试件在不同冲击倾角下的动态劈裂拉伸物理力学性能变化,采用声波检测装置测量不同补强宽度试件纵波波速变化规律,利用霍普金森压杆(SHPB)装置对试件开展不同冲击倾角下的动态劈裂拉伸试验,分析补强宽度、倾角角度对试件纵波波速,峰值应力、弹性模量及峰值应变变化规律。结果表明:①相较于未补强试件,补强3mm.5mm时试件纵波波速均值降幅分别为19.92%、33.20%,补强宽度的增大使得试件纵波波速降低;②冲击荷载作用前期试件应力呈迅速增大后又迅速降低.作用后期试件以变形为主,补强宽度的增加使得试件峰值应力降低;③随着冲击角度的增大,试件峰值应力、弹性模量均呈现先减小后增大的变化趋势,峰值应变呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,三者变化曲线均呈“U”形状,倾角45°时试件承载能力最低,90°时承载能力最大。
Abstract: In order to investigate the changes of dynamic spltting ltensile physical and mechanical properties of grouled reinforcementmortar specimens under different impact inclination angles, an acoustic delection device was used to measure the changes of longitudlinal waveveloeity of specimens with different reinforcement widths The dynamic spliting tensile tests were carried out on specimens with different impactincliation angles using the Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)apparatus to analyze the changes of the patch witlth and inclination angle on thelongitudinal wave velocity, peak stress elastic modulus and peak strain of the specimens. The resuls show that ①compared with the un-reinforced specimen, the average decrease of longitudinal wave velocity of the specimen is 19.92% and 33.20% for 3 and 5 mm reinforcementrespectively, and the increase of reinforcement width makes the longitudinal wave velocity of the specimen decrease;②the specimen stress israpilly increasing and then decreasing in the early stage of impact loadling. and the specimen is mainly deformed in the late slage of impactloading. and the increase of reinforcement width makes the peak stress of the specimen decrease;③with the increase of the impact angle, thepeak stess and elastic modulus of the specimen showed the trend of decreasing and then increasing, and the peak strain showed the trend ofincreasing and then decreasing, and the change curves of all three were in the shape of "U", and the bearing capacity of the specimen was thelowest when the inclination angle was 45° and the maximum when it was 90°.
