Comprehensive Utilization Potential Assessment of Abandoned Open Pit Based on AHP-FCE

摘要:本文以义马市北露天废弃矿坑为例,从自身资源条件.外部环境条件和可持续发展条件三个维度构建了废弃露天矿坑综合利用潜力评估指标体系,运用层次分析法与模糊综合分析法,构建AHP-FCE模型,对义马市北露天废弃矿坑的综合利用潜力进行实例评估,定性、定量对综合评价向量进行计算,得出综合利用潜力评估系数。为后续废弃矿坑综合利用潜力评估提供了一定的理论与实践支撑,为其他废弃矿坑改造、再利用以及城市的可持续发展提供借鉴与参考意义,有效推进资源枯竭型城市转型。
Abstract: Taking the north open pit in Yima City as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for thecomprehensive uiliation polential of abandoned open pit based on its own resource conditions,extemnal environmental conditions andsustainable development conditions, and uses yahp software to realize the combination of AHP-FCE, and evaluates the comprehensiveutiliation polential of the open pit in the north of Yima City, and calculates the comprehensive utilization potential evaluation coefficientthrough qualitative and quantitative calculation of the comprehensive evaluation vector. It provides certain theoretical and practical supportfor the subsequent evaluation of the comprehensive utliration potential of abandoned mines,provides reference and reference significancefor the transformation, reuse and sustainable development of other ahandoned pits, and effectively promotes the transformation of resource-depleted cities.
