Evaluation of the Current Situation of Network Freight Development in Zhejiang Province and Countermeasures Analysis

摘要:为了对浙江省网络货运发展现状进行评估,首先,本文通过问卷调查浙江省内的38家网络货运平台企业,从服务货种、服务功能,运输组织形式、平台账期4个维度建立网络货运发展评价体系;其次,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定网络货运发展现状各项指标的权重。以浙江省为例对网络货运发展现状进行评估分析,模型结果显示平台服务功能和服务货种是促进网络货运发展的重要因子;最后,提出未来网络货运发展的对策建议。
Abstract: To evaluate the current situation of online freight development in Zhejing Province, first of all,38 online freight platformcompanies in Zhejiang Province are investigated through questionnaires, and a development evaluation system is established based onservice types, service functions，transportation organization formis, and platform account periods. Seconlly, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is utilized to determine the weights of various indlicators of the current situation of online freight development.Take Zhejiang Provinceas an example to evaluate and analyze the current situation of online freight development. Tlhe model results show that the platform servicefunctions and service types are important factors to promote the development of online freight. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestionsare proposed for the future development of online freight.
