Analysis on the Key 'Technology of High-speed Cast-in-place Box Girder Construction Based on Safety Guarantee

摘要:现浇箱梁是大跨度连续桥梁中常见的钢筋混凝土结构箱梁,安全保障是第一要务.在高速现浇箱梁施工关键技术中,支架结构作为现浇砼的承重部位,所以确保支架体系稳定是安全保障的重要前提,为避免由于支架基础稳定性不足、支架设置不合理、验算不准确等引发的支架倒塌安全事故,本研究以某高速现浇箱梁的支架施工为例,从高速现浇箱梁支架稳定性问题入手,从支架搭设、预压,拆除三个方面分析了施工关键技术,并分析了有限元方法在支架体系安全稳定性评估中的应用要点,以确保高速现浇箱梁支架施工的安全稳定性。
Abstract: Cast-in-place box gindler is a common reinforced concrete structural box ginder in large-span continous hridges, and safetyasurance is the top priority . In the key technology of high-speed cast-in-place box girder construction, the bracket stucture serves as theload-bearing part of the cast-in-place concrete, so ensuring the stability of the bracket system is an important prerequisite for safetyassurance. In onder to avoid safety accidents caused by bracket collapse due to insufficient stability of the bracket foundation,umreasonablebracket setting, and inaccurate verification calculations , this study takes the construction of a high-speed cast-in-place box beam bracketas an example,starts with the stabiliy poblem of the high -speed cast-in-place box beam bracket,analyzes the key constructiontechologies from three aspecls of bracket installation, preloading, and dismantling, and analyzes the application points of finite elementmethod in the safety and stability evaluation of the bracket system, to ensture the safety and stability of high-speed cast-in-place box ginlersupport construction.
